Do I need a :30 sec or :60 sec TV Ad?

A lot of of our clients are ready for TV Advertising, but they're not sure whether
they should start with a :30 second or minute-long Commercial? What do Spot On Media recommend? BOTH! And here are the reasons:
1) Production Savings
We can shoot enough footage for the :60 second TV ad and easily cut it down
to a :30 second version. In some cases, we can also do a :15 second ad referred to as a "Book-end" Commercial. They are called book-ends because the networks will start and end every commercial break with your :15 second spot, hence Book-ends.
2) Effective Media Buy
If the audience is not familiar with your brand, you need more time to explain your services and benefits to them. This is why it's generally better to start your campaign with  a :60 second ad. After a few months - once the audience has been familiarized with your brand, you can start running the shorter versions. The spendings for the :60 will remain the same, but considering that we are splitting your time in two, the frequency (amount of time they're airing) of your ads will double. At this point, the consumers have already seen your :60 second ads and are familiar with your brand. Rather than showing the :60 second "educator ads," you can air the new :30 second "reminder" ads.
When you commission us at Spot On Media to produce an TV Commercial for you, we will create a :60 second ad for the cost of a :30 and also deliver a :30 second and :15-second cut-down at no additional charge.
